| Mr. Ray Pine , the Well-Known
Professor of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Developed the Exchanges

this semester, Mr. Ray Pine, the well-known professor of the
Hong Kong Polytechnic University taught the course of Hotel
Operation Management for the students of our college, meanwhile
he also developed the exchange on educating with the teachers
of our college.
On the morning of March. 11th, Mr. Ray Pine started
the first formal conversation with the teachers of our college.
All the participants were discussing seriously on the interesting
topics on the education management, teaching methods and the
interrelated science research items. The atmosphere was very
lively. This series of events would last 4 weeks and each time
Mr. Ray Pine would do the preparation on the questions raised
by teachers. Everybody took part in the discussion centering
on the interrelated themes. Everybody was made to not only improve
the abilities on listening and speaking in English, but get
the adequate exchange and progress on the education and science
